Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PulseDashboard (the "Service"), operated by PulseDashboard ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PulseDashboard is a trading journal and analytics platform. It imports your closed trades from connected MetaTrader accounts on a read-only basis, and provides journaling, performance analytics, and AI-generated observations. The Service does not place, modify, or close trades on your behalf, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. See our Risk Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service offers Free and paid tiers at the prices shown on our pricing page. During the current beta, paid plans are enabled for your account by our team and no payments are collected through the Service. Before we ever charge for a subscription, these Terms will be updated with full billing, renewal, and refund terms, and you will be asked to review them.

• Access changes: You may stop using the Service, or ask us to change or downgrade your access, at any time via our contact page.
• Price changes: Published prices may change; they apply only to future paid subscriptions, never retroactively.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; (b) access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide; (c) reverse engineer or resell the Service; (d) upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights; or (e) use another person's broker credentials without authorization.

5. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the trade data and content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties (for example, your broker/MetaTrader provider and our authentication provider). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics and AI outputs are accurate or suitable for any purpose. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulseDashboard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of -, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
