This Privacy Policy explains how PulseDashboard ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use PulseDashboard (the "Service"). We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, and authentication details, managed through our authentication provider.
  • Broker connection details: the credentials needed to sync your trading account. Passwords are encrypted before storage and are used only to establish a read-only connection.
  • Trading data: your closed trades, performance metrics, notes, and related journal content.
  • Usage data: basic technical information (such as device/browser and log data) needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; sync and display your trades; generate analytics and AI-assisted observations; process subscriptions; communicate with you about the Service; and protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks.

3. How We Protect Information

  • Broker credentials are encrypted at rest using strong encryption (AES-256-GCM).
  • Your workspace data is logically isolated from other customers' data.
  • Our MetaTrader sync is read-only — it reads closed trades to build your journal and never places or modifies orders.
  • Credentials are not stored or logged in plain text.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable technical and organizational measures.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: service providers who help us run the Service (for example, hosting and authentication) under appropriate confidentiality obligations; and where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account we remove your personal and trading data immediately, except where a longer period is required by law. Backup copies containing that data are rotated out within 30 days.

6. Your Choices

You can access and update your account information, export your data, and request deletion of your account from your settings or by contacting us. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

7. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we take steps to protect it consistent with this Policy.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users who can form a binding contract.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
